ICCP450 has been the field's flagship biennial gathering since 1976, rotating across Europe, North America, and the Asia-Pacific. Denver marks the 25th conference and the first United States meeting since Washington, D.C. in 2022.

Core sessions will span structural biology, drug metabolism, toxicology, genomics, precision medicine, plant and lipid metabolism, and synthetic biology.
